I work with adults seeking to cultivate inner safety, empowerment, and healing through curiosity and connection. I have a particular interest in supporting fellow healthcare and frontline workers, as well as those impacted by recent traumatic events. By providing a warm, trauma-informed space (via telehealth), I help clients process high-stress experiences, restore balance, and reclaim personal power.

Find that talking about your struggles in therapy hasn’t led to the change you were hoping for—or that symptoms have persisted despite previous treatment and immense effort? You are not alone. I use evidence-based approaches that go beyond talking to address symptoms at their root, prioritising a strong therapeutic relationship and safety throughout the process. I work with people aged 18+ experiencing PTSD and complex-PTSD, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, panic, relationship difficulties and dissociation.

I work with people who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, and who are seeking more than a quick fix. Often, they are thoughtful, sensitive, and curious about themselves and their relationships, with a sense that there is something deeper to be understood. They may be struggling with recurring patterns, emotional pain, or difficulties that feel hard to explain. In our work together, I offer a steady, reflective space to explore these experiences, supporting greater self-understanding and the possibility of meaningful, lasting change.

I have a special interest in treating anxiety disorders (e.g. social anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic attacks), depression, eating disorders (binge eating, bulimia, body image concerns), as well as supporting new parents through pregnancy and postpartum.
Having practiced as a psychologist for 10 years, I’ve learnt the importance of really listening and helping clients to better understand themselves. I tailor treatment based on everyone's unique needs and feedback, but also incorporate practical strategies from evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, Interpersonal Therapy and Schema Therapy.

I've worked in reproductive health and provide unplanned pregnancy counselling and perinatal support.
Life can be hard to navigate, especially when we face transitions, stressors and/or crises. Counselling can make a difference. I provide non-judgmental, warm and thoughtful support to work towards change through increasing self-awareness, developing interpersonal and self-care skills, as well as processing trauma that may still be impacting your life.

Over 1000 sessions supporting individuals & partners, including IVF journey, pregnancy loss and perinatal challenges.
Do you feel stuck in the same relationship patterns - whether you’re in a relationship or single? You might feel drawn to unavailable partners, stuck in the same arguments, or choosing people who can’t meet you emotionally. These patterns are changeable, and therapy is where that shift begins.

Whilst my approach is largely informed by psychodynamic and attachment theories, I integrate multiple therapy types, and understand that during certain life stages (such as during the perinatal period) a more direct approach may be beneficial.
Is the endless Googling, unsolicited advice, and heavy mental load leaving you wondering where you are in all of this? Pregnancy and new motherhood are wild rides, full of unknowns and uncontrollable experiences – as a clinical psychologist who is also an imperfect mum, I know this first-hand. Sometimes, a woman can really benefit from a safe space to share the messier parts of themselves and figure out what part of the journey is within their control. Let’s work on softening that inner-critic and building your resources, so you can actually breathe and connect with your loved ones. You can’t give from an empty cup!

Pregnancy, Prenatal, Postpartum Therapists
What are the most effective ways to address pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns?
The most effective way to address pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns is by finding a therapist who has prior experience helping other patients overcome the challenge being faced. For example, a marriage and family therapist may have experience helping couples adjust to their new relationship dynamic. An anxiety specialist may have experience helping with phobias or illness anxiety related to the child’s health. A depression specialist may have experience treating postpartum depression.

When should I seek treatment for prenatal or postpartum concerns?
Pregnancy and the postpartum period involve intense physical and mental changes; a degree of upset and instability is normal. However, if these changes impair daily functioning, it may be time to seek help. This distinction is pertinent for postpartum depression: A period of teariness, irritability, and distress is difficult but normal in the one to two weeks after childbirth (sometimes called the “baby blues.”) But if feelings of sadness and hopelessness persist beyond that period, the person should seek treatment.

How do I manage worries during pregnancy or the postnatal period?
A therapist can help patients develop the tools they need to manage anxieties during or after pregnancy. Cognitive behavioural therapy can help people identify and reframe harmful patterns of thought, and change their behaviours. Other techniques and skills can allow people to develop acceptance, psychological flexibility, self-compassion, communication skills, and more.
