I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, however it's not a one size fits all.
Together, we can work out how to move forward with care and curiosity. I can hold space for you during life transitions and times when life feels stuck. I am trained in Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as other approaches — because one size doesn't fit all. We use what works for you. All of these approaches are grounded in compassion and help you understand yourself more deeply, so you can move forward and live a more conscious, ease-filled life. I offer a rebate with my service under a Mental Health Care Plan.

My therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based and trauma-focused interventions and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR).
I support clients through a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and mood disorders to the more intricate issues of complex trauma and relationship dynamics. My interest with psychology comes from a natural curiosity about human behavior, that transcends into a genuine passion for helping individuals connect with their sense of aliveness and vitality. I’m an explorer of the human condition, and this is reflected in my therapy sessions as I delve into the stories, behaviours and motivations of the incredible individuals who sit across from me.

I utilise EMDR, CPT, WET, PE and Mass PE.
I believe that successful outcomes in therapy can be achieved when there is trust between the client and the therapist. The counselling relationship is therefore crucial to any progress made. I am also an AHPRA board approved supervisor and offer supervision to Psychologists and psychology students.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a central framework within my practice.
I integrate evidence-based approaches informed by neurobiology and attachment, helping clients understand how past experiences continue to shape emotions, relationships, coping patterns, and sense of self. I believe trauma work should move at a pace that feels safe for you. We only explore memories when they continue to hold you back from healing.

I use EMDR for treating trauma symptoms, and variations of EMDR for anxiety and depression, as it is so effective.
There are a few areas of focus that I love supporting clients with; 1). The intersection of the following specific areas, or simply one of these more nuanced areas; people coping with trauma, understanding and managing their neurodivergence, the LGBTQIA+ community, addressing sexual health and intimacy issues, and trans-friendly and knowledgeable healthcare. 2). Everyday client concerns like managing anxiety, low mood, or relationship challenges. 3). Healthcare professionals grappling with burnout symptoms or demanding standards associated with their careers. 4). Adult ADHD/ Autism assessments.
