Alongside my Counselling and Psychotherapy degree, I have a qualifications in psychology, education, research and spirituality, have trained as a yoga and meditation instructor and bring creative insights through music and poetry.
Whatever it is that brings you here – one thing i know is that you are not flawed! You with your gifts and grudges, wins and wounds; hopes and hurts. All of this makes you a human being. Beyond the surface of your life and the world you live in, beyond the stories, struggles and strains, there is a depth of infinite goodness and joy that is yours – yours to rest in and yours to offer. What we can co-create together, is a reminder and re-connection to this deeper truth. I value and practice in a holistic and integrated way, offering Person-Centred Therapy for individuals and group to re-connect to their innate goodness.

I am particularly enthusiastic about working with clients in the following areas: childhood trauma and PTSD, authenticity, existential concerns, ethics, career and life-purpose, intimate relating, motivation, dreams, spirituality, and place and belonging.
Hello there! I work as an Integrative Psychotherapist, and absolutely love this process of helping fellow humans. Within a safe and welcoming space, together we embark on a transformative journey - with intentions to grow through whatever has become stuck, and to heal what is too much to cope with alone. My approach is rooted in honesty, empathy, and a non-judgmental perspective. Clients often describe me as warm, open-minded, humorous, and genuinely caring.

I believe that the stories we tell ourselves shape our lives, our identity, and our sense of 'place' in this world. We can impact and transform our lives by exploring how we engage with our life stories - by learning to tell our stories in ways that make us stronger. Narrative Therapy, to me, is a respectful and hope-filled counseling method that connects a client with their agency and stories, empowering them to shape a different future.

Most clients find it helpful to use the body as our guide, while also weaving in spirituality, mindset, and coaching tools.
I help women with ADHD, trauma and burnout understand what their brain and body need to feel like they're thriving, have energy left over at the end of the day, do work they love, and have relationships they're proud of. I often support people who have "tried everything" through therapy, journaling, reading books etc etc... You do not have to have a diagnosis to benefit from this work. We'll probably be a fit if you're: Highly sensitive or empathic Living with (or recovering from) burnout Navigating complex PTSD or trauma recovery Neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivity) Spiritually curious/open

I work with adults, adolescents, couples and families regarding a wide range of concerns. I believe that it is only human to experience challenging times. I also believe that it is through challenge that we grow. Experience has shown me that when clients lean into addressing their challenges in a space of understanding and authenticity, they can grow past their current difficulties, achieving greater self-understanding and empowerment. I am committed to helping my clients develop practical, evidence-based skills & tools in the form of personal insights, self-care methods, and empowerment practices.

Outside of my practice, I love exploring music and the arts, and I enjoy reading about spirituality and Eastern philosophies.
I provide a warm, attuned, and safe space where you can explore your internal world, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with your inner strengths. I have a special interest in supporting young women struggling with low self-esteem, who feel stuck in relationships where they lose themselves, repeat patterns that leave them unsatisfied, or struggle to trust themselves, often connected to unresolved family trauma. Together, we work to build self-trust, uncover personal resources, and create meaningful change. It’s a privilege to support individuals in improving their lives, and I am grateful to be part of people's healing journeys :)

I work with adults (and older adolescents) who are navigating stressful life events, seeking to create better relationships (with self, and others) and to improve their mental health and wellbeing. You may be experiencing anxiety, work stress, relationship difficulties, academic progress issues, feeling low in self-confidence, navigating neurodivergence or a history of trauma. Perhaps you are asking big questions about how to live with more presence and purpose in a complex world. You might be interested in learning how to better relax your nervous system, reduce the influence of your inner critic or to manage fluctuating emotions.

Undertaking therapy is a very personal and meaningful journey—whether you're looking to heal trauma, face relationship struggles, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply. The growth that can come from this inner work often not only nurtures your own wellbeing but positively impacts those around you. It’s a genuine honour to walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, build more self understanding and unlock deeper inner resilience. My work aims to support gentle reconnection—with self and others—especially where early attachment experiences have shaped current ways of relating.

What should I expect from therapy that incorporates a focus on spirituality?

Spirituality can mean different things to different individuals, depending on their experiences, beliefs, and life histories. Some individuals focus on strengthening their belief system, while others experience spirituality in secular ways, such as through meditation, yoga, or by spending time in nature. Clients can expect a therapist to help guide and grow their spirituality through any of these techniques, encouraging the individual to cope with the challenges they face and develop strategies to build resilience and purpose to improve their outlook in life.

What are the most common treatments that include spirituality?

There are several treatments that incorporate spirituality. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) helps a person examine and reframe their negative thoughts and behaviours. Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) focuses on emotional acceptance and psychological flexibility. Existential therapy is most often used to address anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, apathy, despair, questions of identity, and feelings of purposelessness and existential dread. Transpersonal therapy focuses on a client’s spirituality and meaning in life and may incorporate techniques including meditation, visualisation, hypnotherapy, dream analysis, and or breathwork.

Can therapy incorporating spirituality help atheistic or agnostic individuals?

Yes. For non-believers, spirituality can offer benefits including a greater sense of connection to others and to the natural world. An interest in spirituality may also spur individuals to pursue mindfulness practices, or to contemplate their purpose in life and how to achieve it.

How effective is spirituality as a therapeutic remedy?

Research suggests spirituality is generally beneficial for individuals. It is correlated with better health habits, such as less substance use, and an improved capacity to cope with stress and other mental health challenges. Increased spirituality can lead individuals to become more empathic and less materialistic, as well.
