Are you're the kind of person who overthinks breakfast choices but ignores your own needs. You're sick of anxiety hijacking your potential, tired of feeling "meh," and done with pretending you've got it all together.
Maybe you're navigating a quarter-life crisis, burnout from adulting, or just craving a self-worth upgrade. I'm here for it all, and I believe true healing happens when therapy adapts to you, not the other way around.

I work with mums of babies or young children who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or overwhelm. They just want to be good parents, and worry they are failing. They are emotionally tuned to their children’s needs but want to do even better. Often, they feel guilty that they don’t enjoy parenting all the time, or that they lose their temper with their little ones.

I provide a warm, attuned, and safe space where you can explore your internal world, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with your inner strengths. I have a special interest in supporting young women struggling with low self-esteem, who feel stuck in relationships where they lose themselves, repeat patterns that leave them unsatisfied, or struggle to trust themselves, often connected to unresolved family trauma. Together, we work to build self-trust, uncover personal resources, and create meaningful change. It’s a privilege to support individuals in improving their lives, and I am grateful to be part of people's healing journeys :)

I work with adults who want to better understand themselves—especially when life feels stuck, relationships are strained, or familiar emotional patterns keep resurfacing. My approach is thoughtful and steady, offering a space where you can say the things you don’t usually say, feel what’s often pushed aside, and begin to make sense of it all with support. Some people come to explore long-standing difficulties or early experiences that still shape how they relate to others and themselves. Others are navigating parenting, grief, anxiety, or identity changes in the present.
