Hi, my name is Josh. I specialise in working with clients with trauma (PTSD), anxiety, depression and chronic conditions by facilitating Body-Mind Processing practices. Buddhist Psychotherapy is a non-religious, brain science-focused and compassion-oriented framework, which can combine evidence-based counselling methods with body-mind integrative practices for a restored sense of wellbeing.
