Hi there! I am a creative arts therapist and psychotherapist. I am passionate about supporting people from all walks of life to thrive. Nasim is a recognised mental health social work provider with Medicare Australia, Work Safe and NDIS, delivering clinical social work services, counselling and psychotherapy to people with mental health disorders. Nasim has an extensive level of work experience across both public and private sectors, including for organisations such as the Victorian Government, Anglicare and HeadSpace. In recent years, Nasim has had the experience to work closely with patients from Intensive Psychiatric Units across East Melbourne as a Dual Diagnosis Counsellor. Nasim has formal training in EMDR Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and IFS Therapy.

Sky uses a holistic and individualised approach with each client that aims to explore and incorporate aspects of physical, spiritual, emotional, social and mental wellbeing into a whole picture of the individual in a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and accepted as you move through your therapy journey. Sky has experience working across the lifespan with individuals aged 17 and above, with different cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations/identifications and presentations such as depression, anxiety, stress, general wellbeing, ADHD support, relationship problems, anger, self-esteem and practical problem solving

Viviane has over twenty five years experience working with individuals, couples and families in ways that support growth, clarity, transformation and wholeness. Using a wide range of therapeutic modalities, Viviane provides a safe and compassionate environment where clients have the opportunity to explore themselves and their lives in ever deepening and enriching ways.

Nikoo Chamani, Founder and Clinical Art Therapist. She is specialized in autism (assessment and support) and trauma. She is passionate about what she does and tailors interventions to best support her clients and their needs. in her words: "I have lived both in ease and chaos; and have learnt to explore my thoughts in different environments. In music, ceramic, in painting or in writing, I explore my own layers of self and reform my outer with every self-encounter. I believe we human are simple in our best, but to communicate we are far more complex.

I am a counsellor and Life Coach located in Sunbury and Woodend. Life can be very tough and stressful and sometimes we need some professional help. I am committed to the care of clients ranging from adolescents, adults, elderly and couples. I work with individual and couples who would like to overcome difficulties in their current situation. Each client is unique hence requires a personal counselling approach that is catered entirely for them. My approach incorporates empathy, professionalism and mindfulness. Many individuals may find themselves experiencing various financial, mental and / or physical struggles.

I have over 20 years’ experience as psychotherapist, working with Individuals, couples, families and teens, and in corporate and organisational coaching and psychology. I am also a Clinical Supervisor. I hope to support clients to develop greater self awareness and the practical strategies and tools to create positive changes and to better deal with individual, relationship and life challenges. I have training in EMDR modality, Somatic Experiencing, Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems and Attachment based therapy and Strengths based and Positive Psychology.
