Alongside my Counselling and Psychotherapy degree, I have a qualifications in psychology, education, research and spirituality, have trained as a yoga and meditation instructor and bring creative insights through music and poetry.
Whatever it is that brings you here – one thing i know is that you are not flawed! You with your gifts and grudges, wins and wounds; hopes and hurts. All of this makes you a human being. Beyond the surface of your life and the world you live in, beyond the stories, struggles and strains, there is a depth of infinite goodness and joy that is yours – yours to rest in and yours to offer. What we can co-create together, is a reminder and re-connection to this deeper truth. I value and practice in a holistic and integrated way, offering Person-Centred Therapy for individuals and group to re-connect to their innate goodness.

I am particularly enthusiastic about working with clients in the following areas: childhood trauma and PTSD, authenticity, existential concerns, ethics, career and life-purpose, intimate relating, motivation, dreams, spirituality, and place and belonging.
Hello there! I work as an Integrative Psychotherapist, and absolutely love this process of helping fellow humans. Within a safe and welcoming space, together we embark on a transformative journey - with intentions to grow through whatever has become stuck, and to heal what is too much to cope with alone. My approach is rooted in honesty, empathy, and a non-judgmental perspective. Clients often describe me as warm, open-minded, humorous, and genuinely caring.

I believe that the stories we tell ourselves shape our lives, our identity, and our sense of 'place' in this world. We can impact and transform our lives by exploring how we engage with our life stories - by learning to tell our stories in ways that make us stronger. Narrative Therapy, to me, is a respectful and hope-filled counseling method that connects a client with their agency and stories, empowering them to shape a different future.

The mind and body are inseparable systems. When one heals, the other follows. The mind and body are inseparable systems, constantly influencing how we think, feel, and act. When stress or uncertainty take hold, neural pathways narrow, and clarity fades. Through neuroscience-informed counselling and integrative coaching, I help you restore balance to your nervous system and strengthen the neural connections that support calm, confidence, and emotional intelligence. This is not simply about coping; it’s about rewiring the brain for long-term resilience.

As a Gestalt psychotherapist, my work is about noticing the ways we interrupt our natural flow, the patterns that keep us from fully engaging with life, and the barriers we place between ourselves and what we truly need. I work with individuals seeking to navigate life’s complexities, including relationship challenges, attachment wounds, trauma, grief and loss, and the search for deeper meaning. My approach is also shaped by my multicultural background, which has given me a deep appreciation for the ways our cultural roots and early environments influence how we see the world and relate to others.

Are you're the kind of person who overthinks breakfast choices but ignores your own needs. You're sick of anxiety hijacking your potential, tired of feeling "meh," and done with pretending you've got it all together. Maybe you're navigating a quarter-life crisis, burnout from adulting, or just craving a self-worth upgrade. I'm here for it all, and I believe true healing happens when therapy adapts to you, not the other way around.

I see people who can feel stuck, and anxious in relationships, overly responsible, or carrying self-doubt. They may long for closeness yet fear it, repeating patterns that leave them feeling unseen or misunderstood. Deep down, they want relief, clarity, and the ability to trust themselves. Their goal is to heal old wounds, find healthier ways of relating, and finally feel at ease in their own skin and connected in their relationships.

Spirituality Counsellors

What should I expect from therapy that incorporates a focus on spirituality?

Spirituality can mean different things to different individuals, depending on their experiences, beliefs, and life histories. Some individuals focus on strengthening their belief system, while others experience spirituality in secular ways, such as through meditation, yoga, or by spending time in nature. Clients can expect a therapist to help guide and grow their spirituality through any of these techniques, encouraging the individual to cope with the challenges they face and develop strategies to build resilience and purpose to improve their outlook in life.

What are the most common treatments that include spirituality?

There are several treatments that incorporate spirituality. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) helps a person examine and reframe their negative thoughts and behaviours. Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) focuses on emotional acceptance and psychological flexibility. Existential therapy is most often used to address anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, apathy, despair, questions of identity, and feelings of purposelessness and existential dread. Transpersonal therapy focuses on a client’s spirituality and meaning in life and may incorporate techniques including meditation, visualisation, hypnotherapy, dream analysis, and or breathwork.

Can therapy incorporating spirituality help atheistic or agnostic individuals?

Yes. For non-believers, spirituality can offer benefits including a greater sense of connection to others and to the natural world. An interest in spirituality may also spur individuals to pursue mindfulness practices, or to contemplate their purpose in life and how to achieve it.

How effective is spirituality as a therapeutic remedy?

Research suggests spirituality is generally beneficial for individuals. It is correlated with better health habits, such as less substance use, and an improved capacity to cope with stress and other mental health challenges. Increased spirituality can lead individuals to become more empathic and less materialistic, as well.
