I work with people looking to reconnect themselves, whether you have recently moved or you have had a big transition in life, learning how to listen to your inner wisdom and guidance can be difficult without a support network.
Drawing from my experience of living between cultures and finding roots in new places, I combine trauma-informed therapy, somatic awareness, and parts work (IFS) to support your journey. My background in psychology and continued training in evidence-based approaches helps create a safe space for your healing and growth."

I work within an evidence based, creative and trauma focussed approach.

My unique life with exposure to diversity and unexpected curveballs has shaped me into an insightful, reflective & understanding counsellor.
Not all of us neurodivergent people have 'superpowers', most of us bump into things. However, catering to my niche has really made me marvel at the depth in our thought process. Let's harness our strengths. We are sensitive, empathetic & more resilient than we realise. We can bounce back & stop people pleasing & set boundaries; be our true authentic self.

Coping demands life on life's terms: presence, attentiveness & availability to ourselves, our relationships & the needs & values that sustain both; a better ability to live with ourselves - 'going with' not 'in resistance to' life's challenges.
So many concerns come from overthinking & believing what we think too often. So many concerns come from overthinking & believing what we think too often. Circumstances can be challenging/overwhelming. We can become depressed/anxious, which can affect relationships; especially after recent/past traumatic experiences, or distressing/unsupportive family relationships, which can negatively affect our ability to cope, & our view of ourselves & our place in the world. Mindfulness-based cognitive behaviour therapy (ACT/CBT/Schema Therapy/MET) can effectively address unhelpful patterns of thinking & behaviour.

I do not see therapy as a mere fix for what's broken; rather, it explores the intricate language spoken by the psyche and body in daily life.
Hello, I am an experienced Clinical Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Coach with a profound commitment to guiding individuals on their transformative journeys. Trained in the intricacies of Soul Centred Psychotherapy (SCP), a Jungian-based modality, I specialise in fostering a vital connection with the whole self. In the realm of SCP, I can orchestrate a delicate dance between the everyday sense of self and the myriad layers of consciousness. This therapeutic approach illuminates the internal dynamics that shape our thoughts, moods, and behaviours in both personal and interpersonal realms.

Because I believe that coaching, counselling or psychotherapy needs to be tailored to each individual, I have developed skills in a number of different approaches over the last twenty years.
I have worked in manufacturing, in sales, in retail as a business proprietor, in academe, in HR, in business administration, and have also spent many years on site as a construction worker. This wide experience, not all of it wise and successful, has left me with an open mind, making it possible for you to have conversations you couldn't have anywhere else.

I am particularly enthusiastic about working with clients in the following areas: childhood trauma and PTSD, authenticity, existential concerns, ethics, career and life-purpose, intimate relating, motivation, dreams, spirituality, and place and belonging.
Hello there! I work as an Integrative Psychotherapist, and absolutely love this process of helping fellow humans. Within a safe and welcoming space, together we embark on a transformative journey - with intentions to grow through whatever has become stuck, and to heal what is too much to cope with alone. My approach is rooted in honesty, empathy, and a non-judgmental perspective. Clients often describe me as warm, open-minded, humorous, and genuinely caring.

My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, complex trauma, stress-related concerns, life transitions, and intimacy/relational issues.
I support clients through a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and mood disorders to the more intricate issues of complex trauma and relationship dynamics. My interest with psychology comes from a natural curiosity about human behavior, that transcends into a genuine passion for helping individuals connect with their sense of aliveness and vitality. I’m an explorer of the human condition, and this is reflected in my therapy sessions as I delve into the stories, behaviours and motivations of the incredible individuals who sit across from me.

Life Coaching Counsellors

What can I expect from life coaching?

Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?

Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?

Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?

Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
