His areas of interest include: anxiety, mood management and emotion regulation, processing trauma and understanding its root causes, developing a positive self image and confidence, healthy sleep habits, strengthening communication and navigating disagreements, academic and occupational success (such as time management, overcoming procrastination, motivation) and positive family dynamics.
