I'm a clinical and forensic psychologist with a decade of experience supporting adults in both individual and group settings. I support adults with a range of concerns including trauma (incl PTSD, complex trauma, & childhood trauma), self-esteem and self-worth, relationship patterns and attachment, emotion regulation difficulties, life transitions and identity exploration, perfectionism and high-functioning anxiety, anxiety and stress, depression and mood.
