Life isn’t always smooth sailing. We all face challenges, emotional upsets, and moments of uncertainty. Most of the time, we manage to adapt and heal on our own. But sometimes, the pain lingers, and we find ourselves stuck, unsure of how to move forward. In these moments, having the right support can make all the difference. As a therapist, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. I listen not only to your words but also to the emotions beneath them, helping uncover insights that can lead to healing and change.

My ideal client is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or at a crossroads — often after years of being the one others rely on. They may be navigating a life change, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. They want clarity, emotional support, and practical tools to manage anxiety, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters. Above all, they’re seeking a safe, compassionate space to feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

If you're in a relationship that's wearing you down, or you're out of one wondering how you ended up here again, I can help. I work with men, women, and couples who are ready to do things differently. About half my clients come alone, they're tired of repeating the same patterns in how they connect, fight, or shut down. The other half are couples carrying years of conflict, distance, or pain. Affairs, power struggles, mismatched desire - these are hard, but they're not hopeless. I offer a clear, structured approach to help you understand what's really going on and actually create meaningful change.

Do you often feel overwhelmed by the mental load of everyday life, struggling to keep on top of things even though you’re trying your best? You might be navigating anxiety, burnout, executive functioning challenges like focus, organisation, or time blindness, or the emotional impact of hormonal changes such as PMDD, perimenopause, or menopause. You may or may not have an ADHD diagnosis, but you recognise these patterns in yourself. What you’re looking for is understanding, practical strategies, and a supportive space to slow down, make sense of things, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Pregnancy, Prenatal, Postpartum Therapists
What are the most effective ways to address pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns?
The most effective way to address pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns is by finding a therapist who has prior experience helping other patients overcome the challenge being faced. For example, a marriage and family therapist may have experience helping couples adjust to their new relationship dynamic. An anxiety specialist may have experience helping with phobias or illness anxiety related to the child’s health. A depression specialist may have experience treating postpartum depression.

When should I seek treatment for prenatal or postpartum concerns?
Pregnancy and the postpartum period involve intense physical and mental changes; a degree of upset and instability is normal. However, if these changes impair daily functioning, it may be time to seek help. This distinction is pertinent for postpartum depression: A period of teariness, irritability, and distress is difficult but normal in the one to two weeks after childbirth (sometimes called the “baby blues.”) But if feelings of sadness and hopelessness persist beyond that period, the person should seek treatment.

How do I manage worries during pregnancy or the postnatal period?
A therapist can help patients develop the tools they need to manage anxieties during or after pregnancy. Cognitive behavioural therapy can help people identify and reframe harmful patterns of thought, and change their behaviours. Other techniques and skills can allow people to develop acceptance, psychological flexibility, self-compassion, communication skills, and more.
