I have over 10 years' experience a Registered Psychologist with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. I work as a client centered Psychologist who aims to build a safe space where clients can strive for improved well being. I work with adults, couples and adolescents.
I use a variety of evidence-based practices and is flexible in her approach tailoring the delivery to best suit your needs. I use techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy.
My clients are incredibly important to me and I spend a lot of time developing my skills and knowledge to be able to help everyone who walks through my door.
