Hello, my name is Veronica and I am a caring, compassionate psychologist who enjoys working collaboratively with people to create meaningful change in people's lives. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and creating a safe space where individuals feel supported and heard. I combine a range of evidence based modalities with the focus of my therapeutic approach being strengths based, person-centred, solution focused. I treat a range of psychological conditions including anxiety, depression, grief, behavioural and emotional problems.
I work across the age span and have 9 years experience working in the education system as a School Counsellor with children and adolescents from Kindergarten to Year 12.
Counselling is designed to help my clients explore their problems and work on ways to make positive changes for their future. I look forward to working together with you to assist you to overcome difficulties and reach your potential.
