I’m a psychologist and lifelong seeker who has spent the past 20 years in private practice helping people return to their wholeness. The work I offer now—is the culmination of two decades of professional experience, personal growth, deep listening, and soulful learning. It brings together everything I’ve gathered along the way: my training in psychology , my lived experience, my own healing journey, and my heartfelt belief in the power of women supporting women.
