I enjoy working with individuals who want to understand how unconscious processes and patterns are manifested in their present-day behaviour. I work with individuals who have past trauma that they would like to heal from; individuals who wish to be able to form nourishing and reciprocal relationships; individuals wanting to understand and accept all parts of themselves; and individuals who want to understand and process their childhood experiences to be able to approach parenting their own children differently.
I am a clinical psychologist who works from a predominantly psychodynamic approach. In addition to long term clinical work, I have trained in short-term psychodynamic therapy, treatment for trauma and complex trauma and the foundations of relationship therapy.
