I offer my expertise as a holistic psychotherapist assisting my clients with wide variety of issues. Whether you have received an official mental health diagnosis or not, it's important for me to learn about your life and your story. As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist I have a number of techniques and theories in my 'tool box'. One approach does not all, each person is unique therefore my job is to find the right one for you. I value client's autonomy and believe that our body and mind has an innate wisdom that can guide us, we just need to learn how to (re)connect with it.
