You might look like you’re coping from the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out or unsure how much longer you can keep carrying everything. You may be struggling in your relationship, navigating ADHD or neurodivergence, carrying the impact of trauma, or simply feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way.
Counselling with me isn’t about being analysed or told what to do. It’s a space where you can speak honestly, make sense of what’s happening underneath the surface and feel supported without needing to have all the answers first. I work with individuals, couples and families, with particular interests in relationships, trauma, burnout and neurodivergence.
My approach is warm, trauma-informed and grounded in genuine connection. If you’ve been thinking about counselling but haven’t quite known where to begin, you don’t need to arrive with the right words or a perfectly clear goal. We can start with what’s happening for you now.
