I offer 1:1 sessions and I run a 12-week group psychotherapy, which is the best therapy in town, aside from jumping in the sea, playing soccer or breathwork. I do offer 1:1 therapy, but I tend to think of it as companioning, because it's possible that there's nothing wrong in your life. You may just be experiencing western alienation from soul, tribe, land.
