I don’t see therapy as something “done to” you, but something we work through together. I’m interested not only in what is happening for you now, but how it makes sense given your history, relationships, and the strategies you’ve used to survive and cope. Many of those strategies were once necessary, even if they’re no longer serving you.
I offer evidence based approaches that target what is unprocessed within the nervous system. I also offer skills that can be applied straightaway, and a space to reflect and process what has been happening.
My approach is collaborative and practical, with a focus on clarity, safety, and steady progress. I’ll explain things clearly, check in often, and adjust our work to suit your needs.
