I am a warm, empathetic and experienced professional counsellor and supervisor, helping both individual clients and couples learn to reduce anxiety, self-regulate, and heal from trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. I utilise various modalities, including strength-based, person-centred, narrative, attachment-based and solution focused therapies.
