Tired of "food noise" or emotional burnout? Trapped in compulsive habits with food, drinking, Internet use, overspending or overworking just to get by? Maybe you have external success but feel anxious, stuck, or empty? You are welcome here. Many of my clients are individuals navigating complex trauma or active addictions. I specialise in supporting those with food addiction, binge eating and compulsive eating. Some of my clients are on metabolic health and weight loss journeys, including GLP-1 medications. I support them in building sustainable lifestyle changes, including emotion and nervous system regulation.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and deeply rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I offer a safe space to work through addictions, disordered eating, complex trauma, PTSD, mind-body syndrome, and 12-step recovery. Together, we will gently untangle compulsive behaviours and cultivate permanent, holistic lifestyle shifts.
This work is profoundly personal to me, after a lifelong struggle with food addiction, binge eating and bulimia. I became extensively involved with peer support groups, personal therapy and a lot of self-exploration and study. I discovered other substance and process addictions, then complex trauma and attachment injury, and their intergenerational nature.

This group is a space for applying Internal Family Systems (IFS) to your food addiction recovery in a small and supportive group. Together, we embark on a compassionate and curious exploration of the parts of us that play key roles in our addictive food behaviours. Food Sober Fundamentals
Food Sober Fundamentals is an online course covering topics like mindful eating, emotional regulation, stress management, food planning, social connection, and relapse prevention. There are self-paced learning videos, a workbook for reflection exercises, and the course is a great way to work with me 1:1 or participate in a future live version of the group.
