I offer a safe, supportive counselling space for women to explore trauma, life challenges, emotional overwhelm, and health‑related issues with care and understanding. I welcome cis, queer, and trans women, and non‑binary folk, honouring diverse identities and lived experiences. With insight across many life stages, I support clients through DFV, trauma, breast cancer survivorship, infidelity - betrayal trauma, and Women partners of men who have sex with men, using a trauma‑informed, client‑centred approach grounded in EFT, mindfulness, and strengths‑based practices.
I work with people navigating trauma, grief, relationship challenges, health‑related issues, or periods of profound change who want a space that feels safe, respectful, and attuned. My work centres on helping clients understand their experiences, regulate their nervous system, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
If you’re facing a challenging time and want a space that feels calm, safe, and respectful, you’re welcome here. I offer grounded support to explore what’s happening at your pace. If it feels right, you’re invited to get in touch for a free 15‑minute chat.
