I am passionate about well-being and I work with adults, children and parents to create a supportive, collaborative environment where everyone can explore their lives with care and understanding. I bring a warm, joyful approach to my practice, focusing on the therapeutic relationship with my clients.
I practice a range of therapeutic techniques including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and CBT to support adults and parents with anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting and relationships. I work with children aged 5 to 12 and their parents, using the Circle of Security Parenting Framework.
I am bilingual and able to provide services in Spanish and English.
