I specialise in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, personal issues, general mental health, trauma, pre-post-natal issues. Along with counselling autism and neurodivergent clients.

I offer my clients a therapeutic experience using sand tray therapy as an alternative to talk therapy for a non-verbal experience.
