About
I want to work along side you to help manage your distress, depression or anxiety due to childhood trauma, disability, parenting issues, PND, BiPolar Affective Disorder, BPD, suicidal thinking or self-harm urges. I understand that often, in order to live a more fulfilling life, certain things may need to be either accepted or changed. It's a collaborative approach. I'm also a registered NDIS provider of therapeutic supports for approved participants.
I have extensive experience (20 years +) in working therapeutically with people with mental health disorders. I am non-judgemental, flexible, client-centred and able to draw on many modalities to help achieve your goals. Specialties: BiPolar Affective Disorder relapse prevention, childhood trauma, anxiety and depression management, disability, PND, DBT.
I am a non-judgemental, experienced therapist who will walk along side you through your counselling journey. Whether it is change or acceptance that you strive for; I want to help you feel safe and comfortable and to support you to achieve your therapy goals.
