Una meets her clients with acceptance and compassion for how they show up in the world. Una's education and professional experience ensure she is equipped to provide therapy to children, adults, couples and families. Her work recognises that nobody exists in isolation, all clients are supported to resolve how they may have be impacted by the systems they exist within, whether that is their family, school, workplace or other. Una strives to assist her clients heal and foster resilience within themself.
Clients are gently supported to explore how they show up in the world, in their relationships and to themselves. Una's expertise will assist a client understand the origin of their trauma and resulting coping strategies or behaviours. Clients can gain clarity and confidence in their own worth.
Una operates from counselling rooms in the rural town of Gingin, and can also facilitate telehealth session's, so regardless of where you live, support is available.
