My name is Lyndsey and I am originally from the UK although I have been living in Australian for the last 12 years. I specialise in working with teenagers and their families. I am a mum to twins and understand the challenges of trying to "live your best life!" . I am open and inclusive and have twenty years of working with teenagers and their families behind me. I also have lots of experience working with neurodiverse people and can adapt my approach to work in the way that works for you.
I am passionate about taking a person-centred approach to therapy and seek to understand your story from your point of view. I have the skills to be able to connect quickly and effectively with young people who are struggling and help them find their way back to the person they are meant to be.
I have the skills to create meaningful relationships with anyone who walks through my door, please reach out to see how I can help you, your child or your family.
