Are you constantly feeing overwhelmed? Do you feel like your brain just does not fit in with the way the world is made? if so I might be someone who will "get you" and be able to help. My name is Lyndsey and I am originally from the UK although I have been living in Australian for the last 12 years.. I am a mum to twins and understand the challenges of trying to "live your best life!" . I am open and inclusive and have twenty years of working with teenagers and their families behind me. I also have lots of experience working with neurodiverse people and can adapt my approach to work in the way that works for you.

My speciality is working with neurodiverse clients as well as teenagers and families. I am passionate about taking a person-centred approach to therapy and seek to understand your story from your point of view. As a late diagnosis ADHD woman myself I understand some of the experienced that come with not understanding yourself fully until later in life.

I have the skills to create meaningful relationships with anyone who walks through my door, please reach out to see how I can help you, your child or your family.
