My Passion is to work closely with people in a real, practical way that recognises their unique challenges and strengths with the aim of supporting them in developing their capacities in order to move toward their personally meaningful goals and ultimately realise their potential. My belief is that people are too often told what is wrong with them, missing the opportunity to recognise what is right with them; a fundamental shift in focus that can draw out the potential within to drive profound, lasting change.
The approach is an extension of who I am, a way of life that recognises the necessity of values such as respect, integrity, competence, sincerity, conviction and humanity. It’s a relationship that encompasses key aspects of a person’s life; mind, body, spirit, culture, relationships, home, work, the past, present and future.
My aim is for people to realise their potential rather than simply addressing a list of symptoms. The work focuses on dealing with and resolving challenges while unlocking and tapping into the person’s resources; who they are, and who and what they have in their lives.
