I’m Tyla, a psychologist with lived experience and a passion for helping people understand the way their unique brain works. I focus on neurodiversity-affirming assessments and support for children, teens, and adults, both in person and online.
I have a special interest in assessing the more internalized presentations of Adhd and autism. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and respectful of each individual’s lived experience, including the ways we mask, cope, and thrive in a world that often wasn’t designed for neurodivergent minds.
