My ideal clients are people who feel stuck, unsettled, or weighed down by patterns they do not fully understand, often linked to childhood wounds, trauma, or shame. They may function well on the outside but struggle internally with anxiety, reactivity, relationship difficulties, or a lack of inner authority. They want clarity, emotional steadiness, and lasting change, not just coping strategies. Above all, they are seeking a safe, trustworthy space to speak honestly and be understood without judgement.
Healing begins at the heart of the issue, not at the surface. I help clients identify and resolve the unconscious beliefs and emotional wounds that drive distress and unhelpful behaviours. Using trauma-informed processes, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parts Therapy, we address what is blocking freedom and support lasting, meaningful change.
