I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Counselling Psychology leading a team of psychologists in West Leederville with extensive experience providing individual therapy to children, teens, and adults. I help clients who are experiencing anxiety and depressive disorders, facing family conflict, having difficulties managing ADHD and life stressors, and those who have experienced trauma. My practice is person-centered, neuro-affirming, and takes a strengths-based approach to care. Sessions are provided face-to-face or via telehealth services.

My favorite aspect of therapy is bearing witness to my clients becoming more resilient as I work alongside them to ultimately achieve their self-identified goals. I adopt a collaborative approach to sessions supporting clients to share their challenges, experiences, and hopes for the future whilst introducing skills appropriately.

Through creating a private and safe space, I strive for each client to feel comfortable sharing their authentic selves as a means of supporting personal growth, healing, and attainment of goals.
