I integrate neuroscience, humanistic counselling, and evidence-based frameworks to support deep, sustainable change. My work draws on IFS-informed therapy, Gottman-informed couples work, mindfulness, and nervous-system regulation, alongside contemplative and somatic practice to support whole-person integration.
