Are you facing challenges in your life which seem impossible to overcome? Maybe you cannot identify what is troubling you, but just know that things don't seem right. Hi, I’m Tracy and I have over 27 years' experience working as a therapist and credentialed mental health nurse with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief & loss and relationship challenges. In session I utilise animal assisted therapy (AAT) with my dog Beau to help those who are finding it difficult to cope and find a way forward.
In therapy I can help you reflect on the way you think and feel, supporting you to recognise how your past experiences may be affecting you in the present. Ultimately, I aim to help you develop coping strategies to assist with managing your difficulties, working with you in a non-judgemental space where you feel accepted and heard.
It's never easy taking this first step, but it can be the first step towards living the life you want. Feel free to contact me via telephone or email to arrange a free 15 minute consultation where we can discuss your recovery journey. Remember, the journey can be a struggle but there is no reason to travel alone.
