As an EMDR-trained family therapist, I can help manage the symptoms of trauma, and provide counsel with relationships according to your needs and goals. I have built my practice treating PTSD, C-PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, and dissociation. My method for couples stems from an attachment-based, and emotion-focused framework.
