Tori is a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker and Certified Play Therapist, specialising in sexual abuse and other forms of trauma. Tori works with children, adolescents and adults with a trauma-informed approach.
For children aged 4 to 10, Tori uses Child-Centred Play Therapy to allow children to develop self-esteem, a positive self-image and a sense of control. When working with older children and adults, Tori utilises psycho-education, mindfulness, relaxation strategies, art-based therapies, CBT and skills training.
Counselling is gentle in its approach, holding clients at the centre of the relationship. Tori prides herself on creating a welcoming, safe space, where her client's can connect with themselves.
