I am a Clinical Psychologist, trained in evidence-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR – Level 1), Cognitive Processing Therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1). I use consolidative therapeutic approach, tailored to client’s unique needs, to help improve the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals and families.
I worked with children, adolescents and adults with complex needs, emotional dysregulation and behavioural problems. I have experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, with different presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, work and life related stress, and parenting issues among others.
