Hi. Good relationships are no accident - I provide a structured relationship service, applying the popular and effective evidence-based Gottman Institute methods, to help Couples better navigate conflict, and grow and future-proof their relationship. I am also a mental health specialist, working with Seniors and Adults to address mental health conditions that sometimes suck the joy from life.
My practice is in Melbourne’s bayside suburb of Chelsea Heights and I have immediate availability on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. I am well qualified with an MBA from Monash University (2004), over 40 years of Australia Psychological Society membership, and registration with AHPRA, and offer Gottman, EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, MI and CMT informed treatments.
