Toni has seven years of experience working as a counsellor in the youth and young adult sector, addressing a wide range of individual mental health care needs, including anxiety, depression, issues related to neurodiversity and gender diversity, school/work/study related difficulties, relationship issues, suicidal risk intervention, self harm and trauma, with a special interest in grief, bereavement, ADHD and complex presentations. Toni takes a person- centred, trauma informed stance and values the importance of establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with clients of all ages.
Toni has training in a range of modalities, including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and strengths based to facilitate a flexible, collaborative and individualised approach in navigating your concerns to empower you in reaching your goals. Toni is passionate about being informed and is a member of the APS, AAPI and AADPA.
