Hi! Thanks for checking out my profile. I've been providing therapy for close to 30 years, and I'm still passionate about seeing the power in people to change. My experience is broad, and is the foundation for a calm, grounded approach to supporting you to overcome challenges and experience growth. I value getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and helping you to gain clarity about the life you want. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent girls and women in their journey - whether that is questioning if you are neurodivergent, newly diagnosed, or any challenges you need to overcome.
Many of my clients have sought help in the past - but feel dissatisfied with lists of strategies to 'fix' their problems. I work holistically, drawing on extensive professional training and a deep understanding of your world. While we will address symptoms to relieve your pain, I also work on helping you connect to a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Wherever you are in your journey, I'll support you with compassion, clear evidence-based practice, and lived understanding as a neurodivergent therapist and parent.
