I’ve been working as a psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor in private practice in Footscray for 18 years. The vibrancy, diversity and unique qualities of Footscray and the inner western suburbs of Melbourne have always felt like the right fit for my practice. I’ve worked with a diverse range of issues and presentations. As well as supporting people through mental health issues, I’m also interested in helping people develop their capacity for awareness and self-discovery. I have a steadfast commitment to the depth and transformative potential of the therapeutic process.
I’ve worked as an educator training psychotherapists for 14 years at Gestalt Therapy Australia. I bring that teaching experience to my work with supervisees, both individually and in group contexts. I have a particular interest in developing and facilitating learning environments for students and supervisees that offer a balance of support and challenge.
I’m a student of the Diamond Approach, which is an integration of spiritual and psychological traditions. This reflects my interest in the ways that psychotherapy can support growth and fulfilment.
