Hello :) I'm Nillufer and I am really passionate about helping children, adolescents and adults, including CALD clients facing mental health challenges. When things get tough, it can help to talk to someone who can be empathic, supportive and nonjudgmental. I can provide you with a safe space to talk about your issues, process your feelings & emotions and make sense of complex challenges. My aim is to support clients in their unique context, offer them hope and healing, and help them build their resilience to reach their full potential in achieving a more optimistic outlook and positive change in their relationships and lives.

I am a General Psychologist on the Clinical Registrar with degrees in Clinical Psychology and Criminology. I serve as a Single Expert Witness for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, specializing in family-related disputes, including child abuse, domestic abuse, and family violence assessments. My area of research centered on addressing the needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) during their transition from primary to high school. My research also evaluated the effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions for mental health.

I have a passion working with people to improve their wellbeing and achieve the goals that they set for themselves. I am experienced working with individuals with complex chronic and acute illness and understand the complexities of illness and the impacts this has on a persons mental and emotion state. I also have a large and invested interest in supporting women as they navigate the journey into motherhood (matrescence) and the emotional challenges this can bring along with the change in identity and self. As a mother of 2 young children I understand first hand the day to day challenges being a mother can be.

Nikoo Chamani, Founder and Clinical Art Therapist. She is specialized in autism (assessment and support) and trauma. She is passionate about what she does and tailors interventions to best support her clients and their needs. in her words: "I have lived both in ease and chaos; and have learnt to explore my thoughts in different environments. It gives me a moral responsibility to support clients in their road to recovery and also deepen my understanding of client needs and their wellbeing journey.

Michele is a clinical psychologist and Director of ME Health Clinic psychology practice. She is experienced in supporting individuals with a range of mental health difficulties, from adjusting to new life transitions to more complex psychological issues. With vast experience in both private and public sectors, she specialises in supporting parents and families through pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. Her nurturing approach is informed by the latest perinatal mental health research, offering empathetic guidance and support during this period.

My goal as a Creative Counsellor is to assist my clients of all ages to gain a quality of life that is enriched with possibilities, and to embrace change with more confidence and mindfulness. I am a clinical psychologist, member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Sandra is an experienced bilingual clinical psychologist who sees different people from all walks of life, as circumstances bring many of us to therapy at different points or phases in life and for a variety of reasons.
