I am a registered psychologist with over 14 years of clinical experience working with a wider range of range of client group in UK and Australia. Sanober has a warm and empathic approach to therapy and has over 20 years of experience. Sanober assists with a range of concerns including feelings of low self-worth, emotional neglect or loneliness, relationship concerns, rumination and worry, perfectionism and need for control, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and abuse and difficulties regulating or expressing emotion. She is passionate about supporting and empowering people to improve their emotional wellbeing, increase quality of life, cope with difficulties, manage distress, and bring about meaningful, lasting change. Sanober is trained in CBT, ACT, DBT and EMDR.

I have extensive experience providing treatment within a vast scope of areas, these include addictions, adolescences, trauma informed care and recovery, families and relationships, psychiatric mental health, disabilities, men’s behaviour, and domestic and family violence. I utilise evidence-based treatments, cognitive behaviour therapy, A key aspect of my intervention involves mindfulness, “the element of being aware of oneself”.
