We are a specialised clinic in Elsternwick, with a team of Psychologists and a creative arts therapist. Our philosophy is to provide engaging, practical and supportive therapy specifically aimed at children, adolescence, young adults and parents dealing with a range of challenges. We provide both therapy and we also complete comprehensive assessments. We aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where we can support young people and their families to foster growth and development.

Shoshana is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar and has spent the last 13 years working with children, teenagers and adults in various private and public settings. Shoshana provides a safe, engaging and compassion therapeutic space for clients to process and integrate personal narrative, access internal resources, achieve their personal goals, and come home to their authentic and wise SELF. Shoshana has a natural gift in helping people feel comfortable and at ease and has spent decades training in a wide variety of therapeutic modalities to develop the right tools to help people overcome their challenges, transform and grow.

As a Registered Play Therapist (APTA), I provide play therapy support for children aged 3 - 10 with a wide range of social, emotional & behavioural challenges. I am also a Family Violence Counsellor (Level 4 ACA), & Level 2 trained EMDR practitioner with a passion for supporting adoptive, foster & kinship care families. I provide counselling to adults impacted by complex trauma, as well as parent/caregiver victim-survivors of FV (especially where consent cannot be obtained for a child victim-survivor to access therapy). I can provide my services to both Self-Managed & Plan-managed individuals through the NDIS.

I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals across the lifespan seeking to think together about and make sense of their experience and how this has come to shape who they are, their relationships and their way of being in the world. This approach may be helpful for people experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety; difficulties in relationships; issues relating to past trauma, grief & loss; difficulties arising from childhood experiences; or difficulties with adjustment/transition to life events.

Sandra Ifrah is a registered psychologist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing issues related to mental health. She is an experienced Psychologist with a family-focused approach where the client is provided with a safe, supportive and nurturing environment during sessions, and the family unit is very much a part of the journey to change.
