My goal as a Creative Counsellor is to assist my clients of all ages to gain a quality of life that is enriched with possibilities, and to embrace change with more confidence and mindfulness. It is my intention for you to gain a sense of worth, and to explore these feelings together one step at a time through engagement with creative experiences on offer. No artistic skills are needed to experience the positive effects Art Therapy can offer. It is centred around your own interests, and what is resonating with you in the present moment, while we discover and clarify the issues at hand in a safe and therapeutic environment.
Art Therapy is a form of counselling that incorporates art materials providing a platform to express feelings and emotions creatively with no judgement or biased opinions, where words alone are difficult to express the key worries and concerns. Most importantly, the Therapeutic process is always guided by your feelings and what feels comfortable for you.
This all takes place in a purpose-built private consulting studio situated within my home to share your concerns with the aim for you to feel valued and heard. Easy off- street parking is available and confidentiality is assured. Just look for my logo which is a butterfly with a paint brush body to respect your privacy.
