As a clinical psychologist with 20 years’ experience, I work with adults and older adolescents (15+) to assess and treat a wide variety of mental health difficulties.
I most commonly work with people experiencing concerns with their mood or depression, anxiety, ADHD, issues with substance use, chronic pain, anger management, self-esteem, personality and coping difficulties, or work-related stress. I also offer a broad range of psychological assessments.

I'm committed to applying evidence-based psychological science in effective therapeutic practice and solutions.
In addition to private practice, I have experience in public mental health services, pain clinics, lecturing, and professional supervision.
