Hi I'm Tamara Accredited Mental Health Social Worker supporting children, adolescents, adults and families struggling with anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship difficulties or the impact of difficult experiences. I also work with neurodivergent clients and families seeking a safe, understanding and neuroaffirming approach. I provide compassionate, evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy tailored to each person’s needs.
Sessions are collaborative and paced according to your readiness. We might focus on understanding patters in relationships , building emotional regulations skills, and processing traumatic experiences when it feels safe to do so. My approach is non judgemental, structured and always guided by your goals.
