Hi, I'm Tamara, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, with over fifteen years of experience in helping adults, children, and families find healing and growth. I’m here to support people facing challenges like depression, anxiety, grief and loss, or attachment concerns. I’m especially passionate about providing trauma-informed care for those living with PTSD and Complex PTSD. Throughout my career, I’ve worked within community service organizations, supporting adults, adolescents & young children, as they rebuild and recover after traumatic experiences.
I take a safe and empathetic approach to my work. I dedicate time for self-reflection and fostering awareness. I collaborate with the people I am supporting to get to the root cause of current challenges with the aim of producing long lasting changes in how they think and feel about themselves, others, and the world.
