Do you frequently worry that your romantic partner won’t care about you as much as you care about them? Or that they won't love you for who you are or be there for you if you open up to them? If you're hoping to feel safe, loved, and accepted in your relationship or friendships, but you can never find people who make you feel this or you never give them the chance to do so, you likely have an attachment issue. I specialise in working with insecure attachment styles, working to help clients find security in a relationship for the first time and to develop a healthier, kinder view of themselves.
I use Integrative Attachment Therapy, the only comprehensive treatment model developed for attachment issues. I will help you understand exactly why you've ended up your attachment and relational issues, and come up with a treatment plan to resolve those issues. I will also integrate other tools as required, including somatic and psychodynamic therapies.
I believe that compassion and collaboration are central to all good therapy. So, when you work with me, you can expect to feel really understood, to be confident that the work we do together is going to meet your specific needs, and that we’ll go at a pace that works for you. Let's work together to help you heal and grow.
