I have qualifications from La Trobe University, University of New England and Edith Cowan University. During my most recent degree, I designed, managed and executed a research project which looked at the attitudes and knowledge of university students on Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have a passion for supporting children and families with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and those who have experienced trauma. I am passionate about working with neurodiverse families, across a range of cultural backgrounds
I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner and Regulatory Authority (AHPRA) as a psychologist as well as being registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
I take a person centred approach and integrate a range of evidence-based therapy modalities including CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed brain-based interventions including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
