Sometimes life can be really rough and throw us unexpected curveballs that we can’t manage on our own and nor should we. During these times, we all need and deserve to be listened to and have someone who can understand the challenges we are going through, and help navigate us back on track in our own time and without judgement.
I can support you to get through your tough times, whilst also helping you to relearn who you are, who it is you want to be and what has been preventing you from being able to be that person.

No matter your experiences, I can help you to understand them and how they have impacted you and the choices you make, and support you to develop strategies to manage the effects they are having on your life.
I value down-to-earth authenticity, and promise to keep it real, whilst also bringing warmth, honesty, knowledge and maybe even a bit of humour to our sessions.
I have 14 years’ experience in the mental health sector, in a variety of fields, including clinical, therapeutic and psychosocial support and have a specialised interest in neurodivergence.
