Many women come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted after holding everything together for too long. They may be navigating relationship difficulties, separation, grief, or major life changes and feel unsure of who they are anymore. They want a calm, supportive space where they can speak openly, understand their experiences, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with themselves so they can move forward with greater clarity and emotional balance.
I provide a calm, supportive counselling space where women can explore anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centred, CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients understand their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Many people feel nervous before reaching out for counselling. This is completely normal. If you are feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, you are welcome to connect and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
